Michael Simm oversees how SEG Core delivers: the processes, scheduling and quality checks behind every installation and support visit.

Before SEG Group, Michael's own company moved from high-end residential electrical work into data, Wi-Fi, rack builds and AV — the same overlap of power and network that SEG Core is built around. He introduced photographic audits of every job long before the industry caught up, and brings that evidence-first approach to SEG Core.

Russell Solts

Co-founder & Commercial Director, The Specialist Electrical Group

Russell Solts leads commercial and finance for SEG Core and the wider group.

His connection to IT infrastructure goes back decades. His business helped BT and Cisco install the original dial-up network in 1999, designed, installed and commissioned the complete data and copper infrastructure for Calvin Klein's distribution warehouse in Rotterdam, and delivered large-scale AV and the original SMART Boards in schools and offices.
