From first call to fully supported
Onboarding is where most IT transitions go wrong. Ours is a documented process with a fixed end date.
Free IT review
We audit your support, security, network and licensing, then give you a written findings note — yours to keep either way.
Documented handover
We record every device, licence, password and supplier, and agree a cutover date with your outgoing provider.
First 30 days
Monitoring agents deployed, backups verified, obvious risks closed and staff introduced to the helpdesk.
Steady state
Proactive support, monthly reporting and a quarterly review that looks forward, not backward.
Our response targets, in writing
Agreed with you in writing before anything is signed. Ask any other provider for theirs and see how long it takes.
| Priority | What it means | Response target | On-site if needed |
|---|---|---|---|
| P1 Critical | Business down — no email, no server, no network, no site access | 1 working hour | Same working day |
| P2 High | A team or a critical function is blocked, with no workaround | 2 working hours | Next working day |
| P3 Medium | One user blocked, or a fault with a workaround in place | 4 working hours | Within 3 working days |
| P4 Low | Requests, changes, new starters, questions | 1 working day | Scheduled to suit you |
Targets apply during helpdesk hours, Monday to Friday 08:00–18:00. Out-of-hours and 24/7 cover available as an option. Final targets are confirmed in your service agreement.
Advice comes with the contract
We don't sell consulting as a separate product with a day rate attached. It comes with the relationship — because a provider who only fixes what breaks is a provider who never tells you what to stop paying for.
IT strategy & planning
A three-year view tied to what the business is actually planning — headcount, sites, systems — with the spend forecast alongside it, reviewed with you each year.
Digital transformation
Moving off on-premises servers, consolidating systems, or rolling out Teams and SharePoint properly. Planned before it's started, and sequenced so nothing critical moves on a Friday.
Technology audits
An independent read on infrastructure, licensing, security and supplier contracts, ranked by risk and cost to fix. If a recommendation is expensive we say so, and set out the cheaper option and what you lose by taking it.
Procurement & vendors
Specifying and negotiating hardware, software and connectivity, then holding suppliers to what they promised. We'll tell you when the right answer is a supplier that isn't us.
On a managed agreement this is included. As a standalone piece of work — an audit before you change provider, say, or due diligence on an acquisition — it's quoted as a fixed price against an agreed scope, and the written deliverable is yours to keep either way.
What makes this different
No per-ticket billing
One monthly fee per user. Raising a ticket never costs you extra, so your team actually reports problems.
A named engineer
Someone who has walked your site, knows your server room and doesn't need the story retold every time.
Response targets in writing
P1 to P4 targets set out below and confirmed in your service agreement before anything is signed.
We own the physical layer too
If the fault turns out to be a patch lead, a switch or a power supply, that's still us. No handoff to another supplier.
Backups you can prove
Documented test restores, not a green tick on a dashboard nobody checks.
Exit without hostages
Your documentation, licences and tenant admin are yours. If you ever leave, we hand them over cleanly.
