The challenge

Account Technologies came to us after its previous installer failed to deliver, leaving two offices — a 10,000 sq ft headquarters at Marble Arch and a second site in High Wycombe — without a working system and with a go-live date that could not move. Marble Arch made it harder: a large floorplate, difficult cable routes, awkward access, and staff working throughout.

What we did

We took over the whole project at short notice. After surveying both offices we planned a nine-day programme around the client's working day and the fixed deadline. On go-live day Ricky from our team was on site to oversee the switch-over, get every member of staff onto the platform and deal with teething problems there and then.

The outcome

Both offices went live on the promised date, without incident, and both are now monitored from a single dashboard.
